additional Services

urgent or post-weather-event property visit in addition to scheduled visits: €89, subject to safe access and availability;

local coordination of service providers: €49/hour (coordination of housekeeping and arrival preparation included in Serenity and Vigilance Care Plans);

attendance for a service provider or delivery: €39/hour, one-hour minimum including travel time;
-
plant watering add-on to a scheduled property visit: €12*;
-
detailed project or renovation follow-up: priced by quotation;
-
other requests: priced by quotation.
*Watering of indoor and balcony container plants according to the owner’s instructions, up to 10 pots. This service does not include gardens, planted beds, irrigation systems, pruning, repotting or other horticultural maintenance.
Every scheduled home watch visit includes the following actions:

visually inspect the exterior (from the ground) and interior of your home for any concerns;

check for signs of unauthorized entry, disturbance or other obvious changes;

check for visible leaks, humidity or damage;
-
check that accessible doors, windows and shutters are secure;
-
check that heating/cooling systems are set and operating according to your instructions;
-
look for signs of pest and insect problems;
-
note unusual smells, noises or warning lights;
-
remove any mail, flyers and parcels from mailbox and front door;
-
carry out indoor aeration and meter readings;
-
provide a dated photographic visit report through your secure online portal;
-
notify you immediately of any significant concern.

Every care plan includes access to a private online portal where you can view upcoming visits, dated photographic reports and any issues identified at your property—all in one place, wherever you are.
Rates & Invoicing
Care Plan rates cover up to 45 minutes on site. Larger or more complex properties require a personalized quote.
Visit rates apply to recurring schedules agreed in advance and may be paused while you are in residence. For this reason, visits and additional services are invoiced monthly after they've been delivered. You'll never have to pay in advance.
All prices are quoted in euros and include 20% French VAT. No additional tax is added at invoicing.
*Includes coordination of indoor housekeeping and arrival preparation when requested.
