Village Crows was created for homeowners who love their home in Uzès but cannot always be there to look after it.

When a property is left unoccupied, even a minor issue can quickly become a serious concern. A leaking pipe, storm damage, unexpected humidity or a faulty appliance may go unnoticed for weeks.

Having someone nearby who knows the property, visits it regularly and responds when something needs attention makes all the difference.

We provide scheduled property checks, clear photographic reports and bilingual local coordination in French and English.

Following each visit, you receive a concise update on the condition of your home. If we identify an issue, we inform you promptly and, with your approval, help coordinate the appropriate local service provider.
 
Village Crows has chosen to focus exclusively on home watch and oversight. We do not offer concierge services or traditional property management. This specialisation allows us to develop in-depth expertise, give each property the attention it deserves and provide a thorough, highly personalised service.
 
Our role is not to replace an alarm system, property manager or skilled tradesperson. We provide a trusted local presence and act as the link between the different parties involved — a reliable set of eyes on your property while you are away.

Village Crows begins in Uzès, with a deliberately local approach. By working within a focused area, we can get to know each property, build trusted local relationships and provide a genuinely personal service.
